> Add colleagues to your workspace and set what they can access.

<Note>
  **Quick summary**

  * Inviting someone requires their email, name and permission level.
  * Permission levels run from *Staff portal only* (no workspace access) up to *Admin*.
  * You can invite people during [Company Setup](/getting-started/company-set-up), or at any time from **People**.
</Note>

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open People and click Add People">
    Click **People** in the sidebar, then **Add People**. You can also invite people during [Company Setup](/getting-started/company-set-up).

  </Step>

  <Step title="Send the invite">
    The person gets an email invite with no password: they click the link and they're in.

    From then on, they [sign in](/assuric-overview/navigating-assuric#sign-in) the same way.

    <Info>
      If an invite hasn't arrived, check the email address on their record.
    </Info>
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  **What we recommend**

  Invite people as you set up their group and role, not before: an account with neither is easy to lose track of.
