# Settings FAQ

> Quick answers to the things customers ask us most.

  <Accordion title="Can I turn on SSO for my workspace myself?">
    No. There's no self-service single sign-on (SSO) configuration screen. If your organisation uses a different identity provider than Google, custom SSO can be arranged, get in touch with the Assuric team. See [Authentication](/settings/access-and-security).

  <Accordion title="Is multi-factor authentication required for everyone by default?">
    No. It's off by default, and required per permission level rather than workspace-wide. Select which levels need it from **Settings → Authentication** in the sidebar. See [Authentication](/settings/access-and-security).

  <Accordion title="If I require MFA for a permission level, does it sign out everyone at that level immediately?">
    No. It doesn't retroactively lock out anyone already signed in. The next time people at that level sign in, they must set up an authenticator app before they can get in. See [Authentication](/settings/access-and-security).

  <Accordion title="Where do I manage my company profile, people and products?">
    Your company details (name, address, registration numbers) are on the **Company Information** tab in **Settings**. People and products have their own sections in the sidebar, and Company Setup walks you through all of them. See [Company set up](/getting-started/company-set-up).

  <Accordion title="Where are available integrations and controlled documents documented?">
    Not repeated here. Available integrations live under **Integrations**, and controlled documents and e-signatures live under **Quality**. See [Controlled documents](/quality/controlled-documents).
