Almost everything in Assuric can be tagged to a product, which matters most when you have more than one.
1

Click Products in the sidebar, then New Product, or add one during Company Setup.Existing products appear as tiles, with a toolbar for searching and filtering by Product Phase, Jurisdictions, Owner and Tags.
The Products page in tile view, with the New Product button.
2
Add a New Product
The New Product form with name, owner, description, medical device, jurisdictions, phase and tags fields.
Product Name
Product owners (optional): the person or people responsible for this product.

Medical device? Tick this if your product classifies as a medical device or software as a medical device (SaMD).
Jurisdictions: the countries you intend the product to be used in.

Map your frameworks
Click Continue to map frameworks and select the frameworks that apply to this product.
The framework search dropdown, listing available frameworks.
A framework selected, with its tasks already pulled in and checked.
Only frameworks with per-product tasks are listed. Organisation-wide ones, such as Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and DSPT, are done once for your organisation, so they don’t appear here.Selecting a framework pulls in its tasks, including the product-specific ones. Click Add Tasks to add them now (we recommend it), or Skip to come back later.
4
Build out the product record
Once you’ve added a product, it gets its own page. Any documents, evidence and hazard logs you tag to that product appear there automatically, and you can track its progress against each framework.
A product record showing its frameworks, key documents and evidence.
Once you’ve added your products, you can filter by them across Assuric, including your tasks, hazard log, incidents and documents. This makes it easier for teams working on different products to manage their own compliance work separately. For example, in the hazard log:
The hazard log's Products filter, open to choose which product to filter to.
What we recommendAdd every product before you start building your hazard log or document set: tagging as you go is quick, but going back to tag hundreds of records is slow.
