Set it up

1

Add and organise your resources

Add the documents, certificates, framework badges and subprocessors you want to share, and group them by framework or into folders. Each folder has its own link, so you can send a customer straight to what applies to them.
Trust Centre resources organised into folders

A resources folder, expanded to show what's inside it.

2

Decide whether you need more than one view

Most companies need only one view, because folders already split resources up.Add another only when different audiences need different resources, such as US and UK clients. Each view is a separate version of your Trust Centre, with its own resources and their public or access-request settings.
3

Publish

Hit Publish when you’re ready. Until then, only your team can see your Trust Centre. You can keep editing afterwards, and changes go out each time you publish.

What we recommend
  • One folder per product. Some customers only want the resources for the product they’ve bought.
  • Set up notification channels to get a Slack or email message whenever someone requests your documents.

Branding and custom domain

Put your own logo and domain on your Trust Centre.

Choosing what to publish
