Quick summary
  • Suppliers lists the suppliers you rely on, and Assuric’s built-in catalogue fills in the description for any you add from it.
  • Your Trust Centre publishes subprocessors from the Subprocessor flag, so flag every supplier you disclose to customers.
  • Set Risk Rating and Agreements on the supplier’s row itself.

Add a supplier

1

Open Suppliers

Click Suppliers under Main in the sidebar, not under Privacy & Security.
2

Add from the catalogue, or start from scratch

The Commonly used suppliers carousel suggests suppliers with their description already written. Click Add on a match, or Add Supplier to fill in the form for one that isn’t in the catalogue.

3

Set purpose, owner and risk rating

Set the supplier’s Purpose and Risk Rating (the inline segmented control on the row), and assign an Owner to every supplier so someone’s accountable for the relationship. To attach a contract or data processing agreement directly, use Agreements, a + on the row.

4

Flag subprocessors

Open the supplier’s row and turn on the Subprocessor flag under Data Information for any supplier you disclose to customers. It feeds subprocessor publishing on your Trust Centre.
